:My family and I went to this location Sunday, 9-31-14. We arrived at 8:00 am,with maybe 4 tables occupied. Our waitress, Carol W., finally came and asked our drink order which we had to repeat 3 times. It was a true ordeal taking a food order for 5 people. After waiting 45 minutes for our food, with no visit from our waitress the entire time, I got up to talk to the manager but she was getting our food, so I sat down. The restaurant was pretty full of people enjoying their food by this time. After another 10 minutes, we were watching that great big clock over her head, we finally got the food. Notice I didn't say OUR food. Some was correct, although we had to play pass-around since she gave us the wrong food. Then we realized that we had wrong food and not complete orders, toast and such. When Carol finally came back we told her we had wrong food and she got a serious attitude, starting rolling her eyes and said someone took her food so she would bring the rest when it was ready. REALLY!!!!!! Most of the food was cold by the time we got it. The manager was less than helpful. After we had finished almost all the food he offered to replace it. SERIOUSLY??? I will say he apologized as he handed us the check. How sweet....

I love Bob Evans. Each restaurant in the chain is quite consistent. I love the vegetable soup. And the bread! Don't get me started on the pumpkin bread...the best! Great service. Good prices. Bob Evans can make me stray from my diet.

Good food but the server was slow as molasses good thing we were not in a hurry. She was kinda grumpy to probably had a fight with her husband or something before she came to work

One star is too many. Don't go here. Poorly prepared meals, horrible service. About the only upside is the whipped cream on the signature coffees. Everything else is awful.

I have eaten at this Bob Evans 100s of times. It is uniformly clean with consistently good food. Many of their servers are outstanding and have been there for over a decade. Can almost always grab a seat at counter. Bean soup is very good. Excellent breakfasts. This is a chain that keeps high standards, at least at this location.

Not so good tonight. Food took a long time and the restaurant wasn't busy. Portions very small. Won't return soon.

It's a Bob Evans so you know the menu and it's consistant with the franchize. The staff is nice and fast except on Sunday when the boomer church crowd hits.

I have only been for breakfast on the weekends and the parking lot is always crammed full. However, the wait is usually less than 10 minutes and the service has always been fast and friendly. The food is great and take out is very good too. Prices were reasonable.
